Several people have mentioned to me that our directory is very outdated. This is especially true with more and more people disconnecting their home phone lines and using cell phones to take their place. It has been suggested that I, as office administrator, prepare a revised version of the directory.
Your help and input is needed!
If you have made any changes to your family contact information since the printing of the formal directory in 2010, please contact the church office so that I can make the updates in our church records. This will include household members, address, cell phone numbers, home phone numbers (or if yours has been disconnected), and email addresses. Once I feel confident that all changes have been made, I will start the process of creating an informal but accurate directory. Copies will be made and available to church members when this project is completed. Update forms are available for your convenience. You can email me the information or return the form provided.
Even if you prefer any part of your information not be included in a membership directory, it is important that the church records are accurate. This is a great time to make sure. Please send all of your updates to the office. If, for some reason, you do not wish certain information be made available to other church members, please specify which and let me know. I won’t include that part of your information in the directory. Thank you in advance for helping me with this project!!!
